The Batman Shelf

DC7 Batman from the 'Batman the Animated Series' found at ASDA as well. It was priced low and after taking it to the till and finding out that nobody knew the real price of the figure they ended charging me £1.00 for it, so I also picked the Harry Potter figure for my wife, lucky them there weren't more figures I wanted or I would get them all for a pound. This has to be my favourite figure in this series, I have a soft spot for anything BTAS.

Great figure. love the pose, crossed arms, open legs a very imposing Bats; and because this one is based on a very stylised version of Batman, the simple colour scheme is less noticeable and actually works quite well, so it does the metallic finishing.

As with the other figures I got from this series, the sculpt is very acceptable, the only objection with this one is the ears, they just needed to be more pointed and sharper. So to keep this last one as my 'only' objection I won't mention the base being the same colour as the boots.

The pack, there is something mismatching here. I'm pretty sure this is BTAS Batman, the colours and also the proportions, even the position of the cape seem to suggest that and yet the package has 'The Trinity' from the Justice League Unlimited. Just a small detail, maybe the way they associated both is the Animation aspect in them.
