Lego The Batman Movie Mini-figures: Glam Metal Batman

We were at Asda with my daughter and we decided to try our luck with a couple of  Lego Batman blind bags, we were aiming for the Glam Metal and Fairy figures... and we got Vacation (my daughter) and Metal Glam (me)!!!

The movie was great, it didn't have a very ambitious plot, but it was funny as hell and it had very touching moments as well, all wrapped in tonnes and tonnes of pop and self - Batman references to keep the geek inside you very happy... and proud of yourself by getting them. And this has to be one of my favourite Lego Batman designs ever. Batman doesn't wear it during the movie, actually, Robin does, during a sequence where he is trying to figure out which suit to wear to fight crime. You get to see lots of crazy variants and all of them should be made into a figure, especially the Mariachi - El Murcielago one, just fantastic.

Glam Metal Batman is a very attractive figure, to me is pretty obvious the reference to Gene Simmons.

Three quick reasons why this is a great one; first, printing, it is fully printed: boots, belt, open shirt showing the chest, but more important the cowl has a silver bat symbol printed around the eyes, which gives him and incredible cool look. Second, the shoulder piece with spikes -badass-, and third, the electrical guitar beautifully printed on black, white and silver. It would have been a nice touch seeing Batman wearing this suit in the movie since he sings and plays some serious Metal songs on it.

This is a screen capture of the suit from the movie:
