I found this 3-Pack at my local TK Maxx during my Christmas gifts hunt for the girls. More than a reasonable price for 3 figures.
I bought it whit the idea of keeping the Batman and trying to sell or exchange Firestorm and Mr Freeze, but at the end, I like the other 2 figures so much that ended up keeping all of them.
This pack is part of a four 3-pack series that bring 3 figures and an extra piece that will allow you to put together the figure of Darkseid which has a bigger scale than the regular Mighty Minis, my pack brought the Darkseid's arms.
The packs include:
DWM44 Superman/Lobo/Hawkman + Darkseid's head.
DWM45 Batman (Black/Grey)/Firestorm, Mr Freeze + Darkseid's arms.
DWM46 Flash/Wonder Woman/Mongul + Darkseid's torso.
DWM47 Batman (Black/Gold)/Joker/Harley Quinn + Darkseid's legs.
Many of the figures are included in Justice League Series 1 and2, but others like Lobo, Hawkman, Mr Freeze, Mongul and Harley Quinn seem to be exclusive to this 3-pack Series.
The 3 characters in the pack can be seen together in a capture from the actual cartoon.
These series have very stylized and slightly geometric style. Batman is wearing a Black/Grey suit closer to the Blue/Grey one. The logo and the short ears give the figure that familiar look that help us link it to the cartoon. It has the basic Mighty Minis articulation: shoulders, head and hip.
The 360°:
Firestorm. One of the best looking figures inside the Mighty Minis franchise. The design of the cartoon is very simple but very bright and attractive and Firestorm figure looks as close to it as you can imagine. It brings a new sculpt noticeable in his hair, chin, shoulders and boots and also it shows a quite big print on his chest.
If they would have included his knee pads, the figure would be close to an exact replica.
The 360°:
Mr Freeze is yet another very nice figure. How accurate is it compare to the cartoon? Well it is a mix reaction, it sure takes elements from TV, but it doesn't follow the design very close, the blue scheme has changed to include black, the sculpt is nice but the inclusion of the belt would be more suited for Batman. I could also use a little of paintwork in the details, but this is an ongoing issue with the Mighty Minis.
The one detail, still not very true to the cartoon, that I absolutely love is the helmet. Made in a kind of frost blue plastic it lets Mr Freeze red eyes to be seen through creating a very nice and menacing effect. One of the few figures to come with an attachable part.
The 360°:
I really try to keep it Batman exclusive, it is just hard!!!
