Swimsuit Batman continues the idea of Vacation Batman and makes it so much better. Just with seeing Batman and that big smile is easy to understand that he is having a great day at the beach.!!! This figure from series 2 can also be considered as part of the sub-theme 'Vacation', to which many of the other figures seem to be part of.
Vacation Batman introduced a unique cowl with moulded-on goggles that this figure also uses, but that is about it because all the other clothes are gone. We can see Batman showing off a 'six-pack' and his speedo swimsuit (Batlogo included). The pair of flippers are also gone, Vacation Batman was maybe by the side of the pool moments after arriving, Swimsuit Batman is all about being there having fun.
The most noticeable aspect of the face printing is that they took it up a notch by adding a massive smile, which sets the perfect mood for this figure. Batman is 'jacked', not only the printing in the torso suggest that but also the printing in the back.
Swimsuit Batman comes with 2 accessories: a red lifeguard float (from a poster that references Batwatch maybe) and... a dolphin!!! Which incidentally is almost as big as Batman himself (2 figures for the price of 1).
Finally, one more new feature that Series 2 brings is the introduction of these baseplates customized with the Bat-symbol.
